[UK-CONTEST] Log Entry Page for AFS

The web entry page which allows you to enter contest QSO data after the 
event has been enhanced to support AFS, to cater mainly for club members 
who are not regular contesters and who may not be familiar with contest 
logging programs.

The web entry page is at http://www.vhfcc.org/cgi-bin/hfcover.pl and can 
be used for CW and Phone AFS. Note that the contest rule still requires 
an officer of the affliated society to summarise all scores and verify 
that all entrants are members of the society.

All entrants who use computer logging during the event should send their 
Cabrillo logs to the entry email address in the normal way.
