[UK-CONTEST] RSGB LOG INPUT

What happens if you edit the Cabrillo file to put the contact in twice with
both call formats and only count the contact once in the score?

If the log checking software is verifying against the other log, one will
fail the other will pass - you don't mind which and you have only counted
the points once, just as if it were a duplicate. You may get a warning on
submission but it is up to the adjudicators to decide what to do about it.

If there is no penalty for duplicates or log errors that might work. If
there is, then not a good idea!

But that is trying to second guess the contest log checker and what it will
do. Who wrote the IOTA checker :-)) ?

Does anyone know the answer to this ?

In the IOTA Contest there was a station in TK signing [own call]/TK rather
than the required TK/[own call]

Should I log this as received or does the contest checking software only
accept the conventional structure of a call ?

I'd prefer not to lose the mult ! (:-)
