Logging programs mostly do not allow you to zero point a QSO. All you can do
is mention it in the Remarks section of the cabrillo header and hope that
the log-checkers pick it up. Log-checking is 98+% automated these days. Few
'decisions' are taken.
And the other country which insists on a suffix instead of a prefix, I do
believe, is Canada */VE.
