Hi Dave, Bob et al

Thanks for the QSOs in BERU !  This 'old chestnut' comes up every year or 
two, so now is probably a good time to discuss it.

I just wanted to clarify that these are 2 separate issues (a) the 
distribution of HQ stations and (b) whether the UK should be separate bonus 
areas - I didn't make that too clear in my last posting.
