My proposal was simply about HQ stations and not necessarily allowing
the Celtic fringes an advantage, so let's not let the Gs get on their
high horse ( again) ;-) Come to think of it would it matter if they
did ( have an advantage I mean), because almost everybody else apart
from the U.K. has such an advantage, and it's impossible to win from
Blighty. I mean, who cares anyway CQWW it ain't.
Don: If the rules say that only one HQ station is allowed in the U.K.(
and I suspect you are right), then frankly the rules are daft and should
be changed. After all we can compete separately in the Commonwealth
games, and what's BERU if it's not a Commonwealth game?. Devolution
reached the political arena about a dozen years ago, so let's get radio
up to date.
