[UK-CONTEST] R1ANB and IOTA contest bust

I'm just reviewing the IOTA UBN report for EJ0GI - with which we are
generally well pleased, especially on CW with only 7 bust QSOs out of
over 1000 - and notice I've been busted for failing to log R1ANB on 40
CW as being in AN-016.

I'm not disputing that R1ANB is indeed in AN-016, but at the time I
couldn't remember off the top of my head what the IOTA reference for the
Antarctic mainland was, if any. After R1ANB sent me a serial number, I
asked them a couple of times what their IOTA reference was to be told
"NO IOTA". I even referenced this in my post contest write up.

I'm quite happy to be penalised for something I've gotten wrong, realise
that the number of ones you get away with despite the log checking
process greatly outweighs the improper busts, and am not having a go at
the superb IOTA Contest adjudication process; but I'm still a bit miffed
that I got penalised for logging what was sent.

Any thoughts?
