[UK-CONTEST] CQWW SSB - Some thoughts

Hello David - CQWW does require frequency with each QSO but only for 
stations who expect to be in the leader box (likely to win an award, plaque 
or all-time record). All others are 'recommended' to report frequencies. I 
would guess that almost all serious contesters these days do have CAT 
controlled radios but to enforce such a rule for ALL contesters is 
premature.
