[UK-CONTEST] QRM on the PSK freq

Hi Roger

Very strange here too.  I was able to copy locals on PSK, but could they 
hear me?  So I also gave up after 20 mins and spent the rest of the time 
doing better than usual on FSK.  The PSK sector did sound noisy but the 
tuning display on the K3 isn't too helpful so I wasn't able to diagnose 
in detail. 

On FSK I was also repeatedly called by a station just signing "ICOM", 
forcing a move.   Otherwise everyone sounded pretty loud, but as you say 
a rather frustrating evening overall.  Anyway, thanks for the QSO!
