[UK-CONTEST] Short calls & the buro

Unfortunately, I  believe at present, RSGB dones not recognise eQSL for 
awards, and your inbox gets clogged up with duiplicates, due to everyone 
dumping their logs. I've stopped using it. can't comment on LOTW.
