Disappointed not to see the introduction of soring via locator exchanges
for any of the low band contests (per Stew Perry); also would be good to
have a 4x multiple for QRP stations (also per Stew Perry).

Otherwise all the proposals have plainly been well thought through.

Just my penny worth.
