[UK-CONTEST] Contest end time - a consensus please.

As I said on previous post, my understanding is you get to complete a QSO that started before the end - the 'spirit' of the contest should be you don't take 5 mins to complete, but I don't believe you have to abandon the QSO at 22:30:00.000. I have in the past, passed over my locator twice at the end and giving it the last time a second or so over.
