[UK-CONTEST] RSGB 21 / 28MHz Contest 2010

  The only reason I didn't participate is that I had only 
just returned from a week at a CEPT meeting in Berlin, 
consequently missing out on Newark as well!   With the 
Convention coming up this coming weekend I thought it 
diplomatic not to disappear into the shack.

I agree it would be a pity to scrap this one.
