Thanks everyone for the interesting information.

Unfortunately the ground is impenetrable on ZK2 (raised coral reef) and 
there is a lot of vegetation about 3 to 7m high, so I think the S79K method 
is likely to be the most viable i.e. pushing the sections up one at a time, 
clamping and taping wire(s) on as you go.

This method works well with the Spiderbeam 12m poles, but I guess the 18m 
pole is a different animal and quite likely to get out of control easily.
