[UK-CONTEST] Normalising scores in the Tuesday night UK Activity contests

I deliberately didnt mention the possibility of some stations deliberately
logging a different exchange to that sent. I would hope that the
adjudicators would spot it if one station were doing this repeatedly in a
contest and disqualify them!!
