[UK-CONTEST] Ending time

How seriously are the rubber clocking violations enforced now that SDR recordings are used?

Whilst some of the ops may see entering as a bit of fun how strictly are rubber clocking infringements enforced? 

What leeway is there given that not everyone has identically synched clocks? Do only the top stations gets scrutinised, since this is where the awards will go to?
