[UK-CONTEST] Ending Times

As someone who has been VHF contesting on and off since around 1970 I find
this all very sad. 

This is a hobby, are we supposed to measuring times in microseconds and does
it actually matter you finished one second past the time.

I think, from what I been reading soon someone will call a lawyer in because
he has been deducted points, he will claim he had finished by the end time
and some else said he over ran.
