[UK-CONTEST] VHF Locator Map utility - anything available ?

The TR Log program by N6TR has this facility and you can pick your own map centre (that may not be your location) to include the maximum amount of land mass available.  For example I use JN28 as my map centre as this gets more of Europe in and allows me to ignore large chunks of ocean where there unlikely to be any contacts.
