I actually prefer www.lcwo.net these days.  Does all what people have mentioned, but is net based, no downloads, updating etc, cross platform (Windoze, OSX, Linux) .. even works on iOS (iPod Touch, iPhone & iPad using HTML5 audio) and it allows user groups so a club or set of learners can compare practice achievement against each other or run a ladder for fun etc. (Also for my Colchester learners class running at present I can see what practice people are doing between the face to face and on-air sessions I run.)
