[UK-CONTEST] nfd rules

NFD is unique in the respect that you have to "take your station to the 
field" rather than the CC series which can be done from home.

Surely the elite of Contesting can utilise the CQWW series, the WPX 
series the ARRL series, the DARC series, the REF series, etc etc etc
to indulge their ego trips and leave NFD as it is, the one true contest 
where actual skill at operating the RADIO wins, over the skill of 
operating the COMPUTER.
