With current conditions this contest seems like a good idea.
However at the bottom of the sun spot cycle 28 varies from closed to an E
layer lottery and 21 isn't too lively.
Maybe the bands could be flexed or expanded?
Didn't enter this year as brownie points were all used up at CQWW RTTY.
Gave a few points away in the Oceania and CQP contests.
On Dave's point on the HF championship " Why not include a major Contest in
the same way - CQWW or ARRL DX"
I agree seems like an easy addition and there is no extra adjudication
needed.
On the HF Championship scoring I am not sure I am following the scoring but
it seems like in some contests SO and SOA are grouped together.
I find this disappointing as you can't compare an un-assisted score to an
assisted score as they are 2 completely different disciplines.
IMHO single op assisted is in reality a multi-op entry.
