[UK-CONTEST] Elecraft K3 AGC modification

Hello all

Thanks to Jim GM0NAI / GM7R who carried out the AGC mod on my K3 today.

We decided to add only one 1uF capacitor initially and check how the radio 
performs
this weekend in CQ WPX SSB (GM7V operated by Bob M6KLO)
