[UK-CONTEST] VHF CW Contests

There are now three CW contests each year on VHF, 
taking place on 6m (24th June), 4m (this weekend)and 2m 
(3-4 November).  The winner of the 4m CW contest will 
receive the "The Bill Capstick, G3JYP, Memorial Award", 
which is new for 2012.

The Contest Committee plans to award a certificate to 
the highest performing station across these three CW 
contests this year.  We will look into the possibility 
of formalising this award next year with a trophy, so 
as to help in maintaining the use of CW above 30MHz.
