[UK-CONTEST] Where are the UBNs published

Clive,

If what you say is true, the QRS cumulatives (which they replaced) should
be reinstated. For many years I only operated phone, until G4CWH persuaded
me to have a go at the QRS cumulatives. I'm not sure I would have been so
keen on starting out in the 80mCC events if I 'had to get things right'.

I have no truck with the 80mCC events. I like them, and they are a good
means for self improvement, but if there is no entry level for CW
contesting you'll eventually have no one to collect points from.
