[VHFcontesting] Parts Suggestions Needed

Okay my trusty Kenwood ts930s took a beating on the trip back from
Antigua this fall and Im just gettng around to getting it back on the
desk

Does anyone know a parts dealer besides directly from Kenwood 
for a Pot for the AF/RF control as well as the tiny little silver button that
turns the radio on and off???

Side question
The Bencher Paddles took a hit too
Any suggestions on replacing the plexiglass paddle (one snapped!)
