Hi Folks I'm the real WB4SLM -- I did work the contest as a ROVER from EM13qk in the drive way to my parents house west of Van Alstyne Texas .. I was not in EM82dp -- I do operate mobile often and portable from this location .. I was operational on 3 bands 6;2;432 & any proper 2 way QSO's made from EM13 during the contest hours are valid from this location .. sorry for any confusion, if there is any... cheers es 73 de Vic //
