The fact of the matter is that V/U/SHF contests are different in
different areas of the country. I don't think there's any way to come
up with a scoring system and/or set of rules that "levels the playing
field", it's just too dependent on population density, terrain,
economic conditions .. all kinds of stuff. Can we all just agree to
disagree, blame Sean, and move on? ;)
