[VHFcontesting] PropNet to run a net in the middle of the 2m beaconsub-band.

Gee, I remember when SSB was from 144.1 up and 144.2 was the "gentleman's
agreed" calling freq. and CW only "to include beacons" was below 144.1 with
144.1 the CW calling freq. what ever happened to that plan ???
