[WL-USERS] PSK Save freq fixed

[WA9ALS - John]

BINGO, Wayne - tnx!  For some reason, setup wouldn't run.  I uninstalled
writelog.  I re-installed 922, then the 923g upgrade.  Setup worked fine
both times.  First thing I noticed was that I COULD save the changed PSK
freqs.  Then I looked at the ini file, and it looks "right" now!  Not
sure how I managed to get "in-between" versions - PSK working, but ini
not complete, no freq specs or ability to save.  Oh well, something on
THIS end, of course!  I think the main prob stemmed from unzipping the
923f upgrade awhile back, but not running Setup - somehow I got "part"
of the upgraded features!  73's
