[WriteLog] Tuning in PSK31

The RTTYWRITE program could use some improvement.  The problem I have
is that the center freq of the passband for my narrow filters (500Hz) in LSB
mode
is 1450 Hz, but selecting RTTY low tones gives me a mark tone around 1200 Hz
so I'm
at the low edge of the passband when I operate.  This makes RTTYWRITE barely
usable
for RTTY contesting since I have to tune up slightly just to get in the
bandpass.
 It would help tremdously if the program
would allow you to select the center frequency rather than just provide two
options:
RTTY hi tones and RTTY low tones .
