[WriteLog] MASTER.DTA Problem

I'm trying to set up to use the MASTER.DTA for use in the Sweepstakes, as 
provided on K1EA's web site (http://www.k1ea.com/master/index.htm) 
According to the description on the web site, that file contains only US 
and VE callsigns, which would be great for super-check partial use during 
the upcoming SS (especially on my under-powered Pentium 166)

I've downloaded MASTERSS.ZIP and extracted MASTER.DTA into my 
Writelog\Programs directory (I renamed the existing MASTER.DTA file first). 
I restarted Writelog, opened my contest file and when I started to enter a 
callsign, I see tons of DX callsigns appearing.

Any clues why that's happening?
