[WriteLog] WIN2000 LPT keying WAS Fw: [DX4WIN] Win 2000 and DX4WIN

I thought some on here might be interested in the thread below from the
DX4WIN reflector.  Apparently DX4WIN CW keying via LPT works with WIN2000,
and Guy even says that his Writelog keying works via LPT in WIN2000.  It's
not supposed to, eh?  He wonders if it's because he always starts DX4WIN
first.  Interesting - Paul says that DX4WIN uses a "special driver" to key
LPT in WIN2000.

Wayne said he didn't plan to support LPT keying - Maybe it's already been
done by DX4WIN and we can benefit??  Food for thought...  73
