[WriteLog] errors in new namedmul.ini?

Thanks, I took out one of those. I think the primary overrides anyway (if 
you find the designator in the primary section, you don't look in aliases)

But the PAQP still has their 2002 rules on their web site!

Does anyone know where the 2003 rules are? That is the last contest to be 
updated.

I just read Dan Henderson at ARRL message which sounds like the ARRL 
intends to use both NWT and NT as descriptors depending on the contest. I 
will have to look at this before I make the next changes. Right now 
everything works albeit with the wrong descriptor possibly. The groupings 
are correct.
