Let me guess.  You are a good, fast, touch-typist?
I have the same problem.  If you type a call quickly, and quickly
spot it (I use ALT-F3), it won't get the end of the call.  I
don't know why.  I posted several "busted" spots because of
this also.  I've noticed this problem some time ago, but has
not been acknowledged or fixed by Wayne.
