[WriteLog] Alabama QSO Party

Revision history on the WL web page indicates that an Alabama QSO Party 
(module) was added in version 10.57 Dec 2005

When I boot WL and select 'start a new log', I cannot find anything that 
looks like the ALQP in the list of contest modules.   I recently upgraded to 
10.58 and cannot find it there either.

Anybody got any ideas??  The Alabama QSO Party is 29th of this month.
