[WriteLog] Random transitions to transmit

I have been using my LPT and Direct IO for CW keying for several years quite
successfully.  All of sudden, I am experiencing random transitions to
transmit.  The condition occurs approximately once every 45 to 60 seconds.
I see that the PTT signal (Pin 16 from the LPT) is being set by the
software.  I must hit escape or a message function key to clear the
condition.

I did not experience this problem until tonight.  I am currently using
version 10.57, but the problem is also present (tonight) using version
10.44.

The only change significant change I have made recently is the installation
of Turbo Tax.  All other hardware and software remains the same.

Any thoughts or advice?
