It's "official" for their contest and posted here
http://www.cqp.org/cqp_multipliers.html , just as our state (MN) has our
own list for our contest and is posted here
http://www.w0aa.org/mnqp_2007_mult.htm .
 
If the "County Hunters" abbreviations differ from those official lists,
then it is NOT the one to use.
