[WriteLog] Problem with WriteLog and WinKey?

I'm not sure WinKey speeds are working correctly.

I'm using the speed pot on my microKEYER.  According to the bottom of
the WriteLog window, the speed is continuous i.e. 22, 23, 24, 25,26,
27, 28 WPM.  But the speed being sent by the program seems stepped, as
if it's only using the values from my .INI file:

cwspd08=22
cwspd09=25
cwspd10=28

I don't remember this being a problem in the somewhat distant past.
