Nope, this a case of hardware capabilities. If your sound card has
the ability to perform an analog connection between the mic input
and Line output you will have no delay. However, if your sound card
does not have a "monitor" channel or if the mic is connected to one
sound card and the output is taken from another sound card WriteLog
will echo the mic using a digital connection which has a finite delay
based on the compression/decompression/digital processing time of
your particular system.
You just need the right hardware <G>.
