[WriteLog] Server Busy message

I was plagued by this Server Busy problem for a long time as I commented
several weeks ago.
Interestingly, I had to rebuild all the software from the WinXP on up
for my radio computer. The software now runs noticeably faster. And more
to the point, I have not had a server busy error since, including 48
hours left running during BARTG.
So something changed for the better. Not an easy fix but it worked.
