[WriteLog] DXTELNET to WriteLog

Had to reformat and install XPdue to virus.
Loaded WL 11.06A.
Everything works except I can not get spots
from DXTELNET to flow to WL Packet Spot
window.
I inserted:
[OBJECTS]
pktObject=DXT2WL.clsWlPacket

in the Writelog. ini file
I started DXT2WL.exe
I set the link in DXTELNET to:
C:\DXTELNET\DXT2WL\

and then enabled the link.

Any ideas?  I can link DXTELNET to DX4WIN with 
no problem
and.... I have followed WA9ALS' setup posts.
