[WriteLog] Stew Perry Top Band prefill history file

Merry Christmas to all, especially those planning on operating in the Stew Perry Top Band Challenge next weekend.  I’ve downloaded a large csv history file from the Arizona Outlaws website and have converted it into a WriteLog prefill exchange adi file.  The file contains 8,752 calls and their associated grid squares.  That is probably every call since day one of this contest!  As always, be sure to copy the exchange accurately to verify the prefill information is correct.
