[WriteLog] newby install problem

Hello,
I purchased the software a hour ago. But i can't start the sw. I try to 
start WriteL32.exe.

Than I see the box and give the command to write a new log.
But than the box disappears and that is it.

My PC is a W7/64 and I run a lot of programs without any problem. Please 
advice.
