[WriteLog] How do you send SHIFTED SSB messages?

That's just the problem Jim. Shift+F2 through Shift+F11 does records the messages on the fly but I don't use those messages. Instead, I use messages created with Audacity. I'm hoping to operate ARRL PHONE this weekend without a microphone but I need more than 10 messages. I did discover that the buttons in the Entry Window can be programmed to send SSB messages, but I don't want to have to use the mouse. I would prefer the "20" canned messages that the help file says are available for Phone.
Time is getting short!

Don, I thought "Shift" +"F2" recorded the "F2" message on the fly with the (Esc key) being the stop of that recording. Then "F2" played that message. I have never tried to record and playback with the 2nd ten messages. If you push shift +F2 Key it is in record of the F2 message. There is a problem because you can't have it both ways.
The shifted F2 thru F11 are labeled F12 thru F21. How do you push F20 ???
I don't have a F13 to F20 keys on my keyboard.

I'm confused. I can't get SHIFTED messages to work on SSB. I have F2-F11 sending fine. I found this in the help file:
"There are twenty memories you may program to send transmissions for each mode, CW, RTTY, and Phone. They are labeled "Normal" and "Shifted" because WriteLog's default keyboard shortcut settings put the first ten on F2 through F11, and the second ten on Shift+F2 through Shift+F11."
Elsewhere it says...
"WriteLog enables you to record messages quickly. Type SHIFT+F2 to start the recording of a new message for F2 (or SHIFT+F3 for the F3 message, etc), and, after you have finished the message, type ESCAPE to save the recording."
This is what's happening. When I hit SHIFT-Fkey, it records instead of playing the message located in the Shifted SSB message bank. What do I have to do to get Shift+F2 through Shift+F11 to send messages instead of record messages? I know it's probably easy but I can't see to find it.
Thanks!73, Don AA5AU
