[WriteLog] Patch for WriteLog's WW Digi Contest module for 2019 posted

DigiRite 1.1.23 (or, any version) has nothing to do with the Cabrillo patch which is for the main WriteLog program.

All the correction does is change the format of the exported Cabrillo file, which is done in the main WriteLog program.  Thus, you can apply the patch, or upgrade to WriteLog 12.43 after the *.wl file is created in the contest.  Then, do a Create Cabrillo operation and the correct format is produced.

Again, the correction is available either as a patch to WriteLog versions prior to 12.43 or by upgrading/installing 12.43 or later.
