[WriteLog] Learning WL: INI Mysteries no longer as mysterious

I assume you are activating the K3/K4 DVR via the Elecraft commands you
entered into the INI file.
If so you will need to assign a key to the Elecraft command to stop TXing.
At least I think so
The ESC key is assigned to stop the Macros generated in WL
