[WriteLog] Ending K3/K4 DVR Messages

That single change did the trick and didn't even mess up CW! Thank you 
very much.

FWIW, with another logger, one may access the second bank of K3 messages 
by programming the F key to send the BANK shift command (SWH37), then 
the message key code, then the BANK shift command again to put you back 
where you started. Yes, you must start off in Bank I, but hopefully that 
is a one-time issue. WriteLog should work the same way. The K4 has 
separate PBn commands for each message.
