[WWYC] Question about HQ station in IARU HF CONTEST

Dear Friends,
for the Q2 you have to pay attention to your local law. In Luxembourg a
callsign can only be used from one specific QTH which is written on your license.
We asked several times to have LX0HQ on different QTHs but we never get the
permission.
Are there some special rules or permissions in Germany, Finland or in the
other coubtries during the IARU Contest ?
