[WWYC] An idea

I think this sounds a great idea but i think a QSO Party might be the best 
option, i am not sure about numbers of members we have perhaps we need to do 
a big membership drive and get a standard bit of information about the wwyc 
and try and get it in all the radio mags? in the uk there is the RSGB Radcom 
and PW (i know the editor too) so if someone would like to do a short bit of 
information about the WWYC i will get in touch with the Mags in the uk for 
sure. 

I say this because the start of the foundation licence in the UK has bought 
alot of young people into the hobby and they dont know about the World Wide 
Young Contesters.

Hrle said about the Newsletter if help is needed put me down for sure.
