Greeeeeeettttings,
Before I post a message to cq-contest, I want to give a call to force
here and get all you on the list so we'll have more force to beg for
other YM/YL ops to get on.
Phone Sprint is Sat 0-4z, short, quick, fun little contest. Bands are
20/40/80, there is a QSO rule that goes like this:
KE9R calls CQ
KU5B - Kilo Uniform Five Bravo.
KE9R - KU5B 1 ELVIS INDIANA KE9R
KU5B - KE9R 1 KUB TEXAS KU5B
KE9R leaves the frequency.
KU5B calls CQ
KU5B gets a call, works the lucky fella, then has to move at
least 1kc to call another person, or 5kc to call CQ again.
It's very easy, and gosh, if you have no clue whats going on, join the
crowd of all of us. hihi. This team is all about having a good time.
We have no concept of score. It's soley here to support you and to
support all of us. Just like our little thing in NAQP that was talked
about in the newsletter.
So, far, I think we have:
KU5B - what a better way to burn the house down then with HP?
AF4QZ - will be on after the pigs are fed.
KE9R - providing he has no date.
KL9A - think so, think so?
K3ASK - pretty sure
N9YM - trev should be on.
KB1IPK - Jons defintely on.
K3OOO - we will try.
LU1FAM - lucas, hm, not sure.
YOUR CALL HERE!
Email me. If you're afraid to get on, email me anyway and you can just
work us, and then we will give you a pep talk, and you can go work others
after you get it. Nontheless, just want some acitivty from WWYC on this
one.
If you are DX, you can op too. 20m is usually open, but do know its
WAE SSB this weekend.
