[Yaesu] Question for FT-726R Owners

I just got hold of one of these radios and it does not power
up. The fuse is good and I measure about 6.5 ohms primary
with the power switch on. I bet all I need is a simple jumper
plug on the DC 13.8V connector on the rear panel. I did not
get any manual or schematic with the radio. Can someone
confirm for me that that is what my problem is? Also, what
are the pin assignments for the 4 pins on the DC connector?
